LABELLE BURNER SERIES TOUR DETAILS

 

  • The tour consists of 6 tournaments followed by a Championship Finale!
  • The tour will begin in September and continue thru May, with the Finale to follow. 
  • Players will have the opportunity to compete in singles and/or doubles play and Blind Draw 
  • All tournaments are double elimination. First tournament of the series will be randomly seeded, all remaining tournaments will be seeded based on overall standings.
  • Players/Teams standings will be based on their best 5 finishes out of the 6 series events
  • All equipment will be provided – Tournament Series Boards and Labelle Burner Series CREAM Bags 
  • All Singles players will receive points based on their individual finishes in each of the 6 events.
  • All Doubles teams will receive points based on their teams finishes in each of the 6 events. *NEW* ALL DOUBLES TEAMS WILL BE RANKED AS INDIVIDUALS IN THE STANDINGS.. EXAMPLE: John & Bill finished 1st in doubles for 80pts.. the standings will display john with 80 pts and bill with 80 points individually.. Doing the standings this way covers a couple of things...1. it allows players that don't have a steady partner to still build doubles points as an individual... 2. it allows for those players that don't have a steady partner or their partner cant make it to the finale, to qualify for the finale as long as they have 161 points or more in the doubles standings... 3. In doubles seeding for each event , once players are scanned in on their teams it will take the 2 players points and average them together to come up with that teams seeding for that event..
  • All ties during the REGULAR SEASON will be decided based on the highest DPR, If still tied it will go to highest PPR… if still tied then random draw will break the tie.
  • All ties in the FINAL STANDINGS will be decided based on the highest DPR, If still tied it will go to highest PPR... If still tied a one game play off will break the tie.
  • A player/team must have 161 points to be eligible to compete in the Championship Finale.

Singles Details

  • $20 per player entry at each event.
  • $8 of each entry goes toward overall progressive prize pool.
  • $7 of each entry goes toward day of payout.
  • $5 of each entry goes to series management.

Doubles Details

  • THIS IS A BRING YOUR OWN PARTNER SERIES.
  • $40 per TEAM entry at each event.
  • $16 of each entry goes toward overall progressive prize pool.
  • $14 of each entry goes toward day of payout.
  • $10 of each entry goes to series management.

Blind Draw 

  • $10 per entry at each event.
  • $4 of each entry goes toward overall progressive prize pool.
  • $4 of each entry goes toward day of payout.
  • $2 of each entry goes to series management.

Championship Finale

*NEW* - Singles

  • All players that finish in the top 8 of the overall standings receive FREE entry into the Championship Finale and a cash bonus of up to $75 each.
  • All players that have earned 161 points or more in singles events are eligible to participate in the Championship Finale… Entry is $20 per player.

*NEW* Doubles

  • All players that finish in the top 8 of the overall standings receive FREE entry into the Championship Finale and a cash bonus of up to $75 each.
  • All players that have earned 161 points or more in doubles events are eligible to participate in the Championship Finale…  Entry is $40 per team.

Blind Draw 

  • All players that finish in the top 4 of the overall standings receive FREE entry into the Championship Finale and a cash bonus of up to $50 each.
  • All players that have earned 161 points or more in Blind Draw events are eligible to participate in the Championship Finale… Entry is $10 per player.

*NEW* - OVERALL POINTS LEADER BONUS

The Player with the most total points combined over all 3 divisions will receive a $300 Bonus and free entry into all divisions at the Championship Finale!!

 

    TOUR SCENARIO BASED ON 64 SINGLES - 32 DOUBLES TEAMS - 32 BLIND DRAW PLAYERS

    Entry fee per player/team per event - $20 SINGLES - $40 DOUBLES - $10 BLIND DRAW

    $8 of each SINGLES entry goes toward Championship Finale Purse x 64 at each event x 6 events = $3,072

    $16 of each DOUBLES entry goes toward Championship Finale Purse x 32 at each event x 6 events = $3072

    $4 of each  BLIND DRAW entry goes toward Championship Finale Purse x 32 at each event x 6 events = $768

    $7 of each SINGLES entry goes toward day of event purse x 64 = $448 (paying out 6 spots)

    $14 of each DOUBLES entry goes toward day of event purse x 32 = $448 (paying out 3 spots)

    $4 of each  BLIND DRAW  entry goes toward day of event purse x 32 = $128 (paying out 2 spots minimum)
